Parla Design dates back three generations. The grandfather of the two current partners, Hakan Öztunçman and Burak Öztunçman, was employed as a furniture maker in the Dolmabahçe Palace in İstanbul. The Palace built in 1856, served as the main administrative center of the Ottoman Empire for nearly a century and later as the last residence of Atatürk, founder of the Turkish Republic.

Blending the traditional craft and knowledge inherited from their grandfather with modern technology. Parla Design’s vision was to offer superior quality and affordable furniture to global business partners. That remains at the heart of our business to this day. From the very first day its foundation. Parla Design has successfully combined experience with modern business practices without compromising its core values or future goals.
